Refund policy

If order is damaged in transit and has been accepted and signed for we have no way to claim against courier or freighter – you must check order carefully on receipt – open all boxes and check – if you accept it and it’s damaged it is your responsibility.

Returns

NZ wardrobes must be contacted via email or phone within 14 days of delivery for a return authorisation – email: sales@nzwardrobes.co.nz or ph: 07 574 6592

In the event you receive an incorrect order we will refund your postage costs in returning the product to us and will happily exchange the order. Otherwise orders must be returned in their original condition (i.e. not marked or damaged in any way).

If the product is not being returned due to damage or incorrect product being sent and is as a result of change of mind then it will need to be returned at your cost and a 20% handling fee will be applied to the refund.
