If order is damaged in transit and has been accepted and signed for we have no way to claim against courier or freighter – you must check order carefully on receipt – open all boxes and check – if you accept it and it’s damaged it is your responsibility.

In the event you received an incorrect order we will refund your postage costs in returning the product to us and will happily exchange the order. Otherwise orders must be returned in their original condition (ie not marked or damaged in any way).
If the product is not being returned due to damage or incorrect product being sent and is as a result of change of mind then it will need to be returned at your cost and a 20% handling fee will be applied to the refund.
Terms of trade
All goods are listed in NZ dollars. GST applies to all New Zealand orders. All prices are correct when published. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order. Payment before goods are dispatched – you can direct credit funds to our account or pay with credit card.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment been cleared.
We can ship maximum 1500mm for rural delivery.
Courier can accept up to 2100mm for residential.
Lengths over 2100mm will need to be freighted.
